Board Certified in Neurology



















David P. Roeltgen, M.D., Neurologist has joined the practice of Cape Physicians Associates.  “Cape May County has a demonstrated need for neurology services,” stated Richard Falivena, D.O., Vice President of Medical Affairs at Cape Regional Medical Center. “We are excited to have Dr. Roeltgen join Cape Physicians Associates and the Medical Staff at Cape Regional.  Dr. Roeltgen has extensive clinical experience, outstanding credentials and a true passion for patient care.  He will be practicing General Neurology, treating such conditions as headache, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, dementia, seizures and other disorders of the nervous system.”

            Dr. Roeltgen is a graduate of the Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. He earned his Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania.  His postgraduate training includes a fellowship in Behavioral Neurology from the University of Florida and a residency in Neurology at The Hershey Medical Center in Pennsylvania.  Dr. Roeltgen most recently served as an attending Neurologist, Professor of Neurology and Director of the Headache Program at Georgetown University Hospital.
